Welcome to the community. First of all you can not delete Screen1. If you want to delete any other screen and you can not from creator then download aia, open archive with 7zip, go to scr folder and delete .bky and .scm files related to the screen you want. For example

Is your exported aia is in the form of project_name.aia.zip or project_name.aia ?
