I want to edit title bar the current screen then other screen auto update

I have to 3 screen: List Picker, Fingerprint, Button with icon. 3 screens are available title bar icon. I create title bar icon for screen “List Picker” and copy block then I open screen “Fingerprint” and paste block. Continue copy block then I open screen “Button with icon” and paste block

Yes if have to 3 screen then easy, just copy and paste block. But if I have 30 screen, maybe I just copy and paste.

I want edit title bar screen “List Picker” then screen “Fingerprint”, “Button with icon” auto update.
