Best way is to make apps so you learn practically. You can go to YouTube too and follow a tutorial or maybe try to do it yourself first and if you get stuck then use the tutorial.
And anytime you do get stuck, solutions are available everywhere that you will then have learnt for the future. So basically, the more you get stuck or have a problem, the more you will learn and add solutions to your memory.
