Well I don’t know what you mean by complete is, but you can learn very easy.
Kodular is a build, and based off of MIT App Inventor. There are a few of them out there, Appybuilder, Thunkable to name a few. Kodular used to be called Makeroid.
Many videos are on Youtube for all the builds, and the prinicpals are the same.
Domhnall @ Thunkable, and Pixiibomb @ Appybuilder have some great videos.
The most important is to explore and try.

A very good way to learn App Inventor is to read the free Inventor’s Manual here in the AI2 free online eBook App Inventor 2 Book: Create Your Own Android Apps … the links are at the bottom of the Web page. The book ‘teaches’ users how to program with AI2 blocks.
