I want to make the horizontal scrollbar constantly visible. Not visible only when it is scrolled.

and where exactly is the issue? just do it…
which other visible components did you put onto the screen?
make sure to set screen scrollable to false

I have set horizontal scroll bar to visible.

But it is visible only when we scroll elements in the horizontal arrangement not otherwise.

And So I want to know how to make it visible irrespective of whether I am scrolling it or not.
I want to make it visible all time.
