You have to use a notifier for push notifications not in app notification. Search in the extension section in the community

I don’t know how ,search in the forum. I know only how to open WhatsApp with activity starter but user has to confirm the sending

No need to open whatsapp . its like a URL and its work in web component. I want to call web component in background even app is closed
