Can anyone help me how can I send text message from the background ?

you might want to elaborate, what exactly you are trying to do
and btw. Makeroid apps not really can run in the background, same as App Inventor itself and all the other distributions…

The only thing you can do is use the PushNotifications component and send notifications from there
