Ideas for exporting data in PDF with Excel format

Good Koders, I need ideas and suggestions.
The client currently works with an excel, the idea is that the entry is from the app with the possibility of exporting.

By entering a series of data I need to export to PDF with a format approximate to that of the image, what can you suggest?

It doesn’t necessarily have to be inApp, I can use a server and a script or something that makes it easier.
