If we publish our app on play store without approval

I want to ask if i have play console and i publish my app on play console without app aproval then it will show ads or not???

Ads will work but if someone download it from play store. Otherwise - They will get the message.

Ads working properly without any notification. Now Published your application.

This feature is already in Kodular. Block are available in Device Utilities(mostly).
