On pixels
It can be only be on percent if the number is lower than 100

Pixel values can be converted into percentage using this logic

Here in my input blocks you have to put values in percentage not in pixels

and the logic/Jugard is here that i used to make it work

Here Local variable ImageWidth is your input value that you have to input in Call Procedure block

Nope, all components/extensions use pixels unless otherwise stated in the block description or block parameters.
