As you may know, we are registering Makeroid as trademark, and that TAKES A LOT OF TIME, because the government has to approve the request, then legalize everything. The entire process that requires a lot of papers and documents, and stretches through several days! @Sander has been working very hard during the past few weeks looking for information and contacting legal advisors on setting up a company. Now we are still waiting for government confirmation, because they have to give us a company number and such stuff. AND THAT NEEDS TIME.
In such a situation, we don’t appreciate users who think that we are unable to do so. We have the money to do so, we have the knowledge, we are only waiting to legalize everything and get a bank account and use all our resources.
Once everything is done, all problems will disappear. We promise that the Builder will be online 24/7, Compiler will be upgraded with more power and probably changed the server provider, and more tools will be avaliable for makers.
Yeah, we were already aware of this months ago. We were already discussing about doing this for some time, but we didn’t realize how important could be, and now we have this. We apologize about that, and we also ask you to be patient, as once we get a bank account everything will go much faster.

Are you working only on trademark ? This is done when you are worried about name makeroid. But the trademark should not take more than a week for approval, after that you are fully authorized to keep the name secure. But full confirmation would take up to an year. However all this process will not stop from anyway or legal ways.
Alternative to speee up the process you need to register the firm. This will be done much faster and registered.
