In App Local Ads

I have developed an ads free app for a friends’ local church in which users can view the services or events schedule, ask for prayers, listen to recorded sermons, and so on. Now, the pastor has partnership with some business from the church members or in the nearby region and he wants me to advertise those business in the app.

I wonder if I can add those ads without having problems.

If the app is published on Play Store should it be marked as containing ads?

Yes dude… If you will show ads in your app either local or by any advertising company. You have to clear that your app contains adds
