In app purchase, how to define license id and merchant id?

but in the new version of kodular how to give any license id and merchant id or if there are any free extensions of the in app billing

according to the documentation In App Billing - Kodular Docs you do not need them anymore

there is my paid extension available 404 Not Found | Pura Vida Apps
and there was @pavi2410’s billing extension available, but it is outdated meanwhile
