While I was integration ads into my app… I got a doubt in my mind that which sdk gives the best ecpm and revenue
I will be grateful if you could share yours and platform
It depends on various factors like location, type of content on which ads are being served, mediation used in the ads etc.
You can consider using AdMob ads since it is the one who offers highest value for ads as comoared to other competitors, but again it depends on above factors.

Unity ads?
Unity ads are specifically for Game apps as it contains long and engaging video ads which will be inappropriate for normal apps.
