Is it a bug in notifier or my block problem?

I use notifier on 2 places one is for disclaimer and other for rate app … When I use my app and I try to press back this error appears same for disclaimer btn even I don’t use activity starter for disclaimer when I delete notifier my app wirks fine ? Please check where is the problem in my blocks or notifier?

Your icon is Warning with no ending as .png or .jpg, you can find an icon in your assets and then use that with the filename then the extension like example.jpg
