Is it allowed to make and upload a Flappy Bird type game to Google Play store?

I have an idea for a game that’s kind of like Flappy Bird. I want to know if I make it can I upload it to Google Play?

I’ve searched the forum and googled it but can’t find a definitive answer.

You definitely can, as long as you do not try to impersonate Flappy Bird. :slight_smile:

Thanks for your answer. It doesn’t involve birds or pipes and the controls are slightly different. But the idea is similar.

Then you shouldn’t face any problem at all (as long as the app name/icon are also unique).
