I want to say that is it possible - To convert a pdf file to a gif file with the help of any FTP server or any other means ?

PDF is completely different file type. Pdf can contain every type of content. So you can’t convert pages to GIF.

However, you can render the pages and export as image, so you can make a GIF with exported images.
