Is there any way to do draw over on other app?

I’m finding a way to draw over a button on other apps. It’s similar to floating button but floating button draw overs only on base application not on other application…

I guess it’s not possible on makeroid or any similar app maker

It means like displaying a floating button on other apps. most of the screen recorder applications use this permission to display a menu button to record/pause etc.

and as far as i know, this is not possible to do with kodular rn.
