Anyone tell me, is it joke in screenshot??? I mean what is this? Should I wait for approval or give up waiting? I have submitted a playstore approved app for review but no response from Kodular team.

Why you need approval from Kodular if your app is on Play Store then no need for approval from Kodular your app is ready to serve ads 
You can use any ad network components it’s your choice but if you’re using Google Ad Manager Kodular then no need for Premium Subscription and if you’re using other ad network advertising components then you need Premium subscription
