Hi, I request a payout from Kodular last 30 days ago. But I still have not received the payment. Also, PayPal payment was not received. But Kodular Docs say they will instantly transfer the payment to PayPal.
I also mail in Kodular support but they don’t replay and also don’t get any response from Kodular.
So now what can I do?
In the Bank transfer, they show that I received the payment, but I haven’t.
I am personally so unsatisfied with kodular docs and also the worst customer support they don’t care about the premium members and also about payments problem. I am sorry about this feedback.
