It has been seven hours since I submitted my app for review …Yet no response.
Should I wait more or is it rejected ?

It usually takes 48 hours. Can take more on some cases.

Don’t know if Kodular is maintaining any medical guidelines to approve apps on Corona Virus.
But it’s sure that you can’t publish your app on Google Play without prior permission.

Our review policies stand unchanged. As long as you stick to our content policies that regulate advertising over unlicensed third-party assets, your app should be approved. We will be approving these apps assuming the information about COVID-19 being distributed is done so in good faith.

Make apps about Corona but dont publish it on Play Store. I had a bad experience!
