As and when i added new item to my list, it started giving error while opening it
Did you search the community? The error says it all. You are trying to get item number 2 when you have only one. Show your blocks if you want help.

This has nothing to do with blocks. I put content in html, everything is fine now. Earlier i was posting plain text
This error says that you are calling 2value from the list 1. So make sure you get correct data or not
