Count them when you are creating them like using loop then count them or show me your blocks

I want use this component (List view image and text )
But in this component, this block is not avliable.

Therefore, how can I get count from list view image and text item ?

The only solution I can think of is make a global variable. Do increment every time an item is added. Reset when it is cleared.

Can you show me in blocks ?

List view image & text, item list is not fixed.
