Live wallpaper how to do

How to set live wallpaper or video wallpaper.
Because by wallpaper components we are set only image wallpaper .
Anyone have any idea how to set video wallpaper?

I searched this topic but not appropriate results found.

And I didn’t tried anything because there is no block in wallpaper component
