Hey, I’m looking for a Kodular developer to create a short video app. It should be smooth and have a clean, modern UI. You can use an existing template or AIA and customize it to make it unique and visually appealing.
My budget is tight, which is why I’m posting here. I’m also looking for someone I can work with regularly on future Kodular projects.

Then you must be explain how the app must work, everything you need add it in that explanation, then price can make itself. From video hosting, images, logins, likes, follow, notifications, email/phone verification, earnings etc to suit your needs. Definitely 100% possible 
I can help in case of issues, but building it from scratch would require a budget that’s too high and definitely wouldn’t be acceptable in this case

Intially It took 20k-30k INR
First of all, it would be necessary to clearly define the final result you want to achieve, because we could be talking about amounts ranging from €1,000 to €250,000.
€1,000 would cover a simple app with login and a layout dedicated to videos, while the higher figure would correspond to an app like TikTok (with an algorithm for personalized feeds, a creator section, a video editor with filters, shop etc.).
