Neever tried with kodular
I think its possible with python scripts and whatsapp api.
But m not sure if it can send bulk messages
they may have a certain limit . U can check these info from whatapp api rules.
… There is a way that f U can host python script in a server and then can trigger script with your app to send your partcular messages to specific numbers
