Discourse staff told me that there was an issue with yUML that blocks the markdown
Maybe it was that

I can disable the plugin temporally

Markdown is working fine.

@Diego yUML supports Markdown now.

Hmm, when I was writing a post for my new extension, I wasn’t been able to use bold, italic & quotes. Interesting & wierd.
