Android 9. Players, such as the samsung player, show a notification on the lock screen. I can’t get an effect like Anke showed

It’s probably a matter of some settings on the phone. I use a Samsung S8 and only have a little icon on the lock screen. Music control appears only after clicking on this icon. On the other hand, the music control from the Samsung app appears as big as you do.

One more question. What does the appearance of the play, pause, next and prev icons depend on? They are different on each device. Are these icons from android resources?

I have this screen after locking. You can see small notification icons.

This appears when I click on the notification icon. This is not the widget you showed, but all notifications from the top bar will open.

And this is a notification from Samsung Music:

Maybe it’s some kind of operator’s brand. I’m still looking in the settings.

I couldn’t find it either because it’s hidden in a way.

You have to click in the place marked in red. Earlier, I clicked on the toogle button .

Yes. When you click on the option I marked in red, a submenu will appear. There you have 3 options to choose from. Full notifications, notifications collapsed or just icons.

Samsung Music must use a different control method from the lock screen.

I’ll add a method to update the icon in the upcoming update so that you can manually update it.

But for now you can try merging both extensions as they are open source.
