Mega block loss in premium?

Hi

I just lost months of work on Kodular. All the blocks disappeared at once. How is it possible. Long before that it got too slow since yesterday

you didn’t make any backup of your project??

Yes a backup from 24 hours ago. But I would like to know for all these delays for 24 hours before continuing with Kodular.
