Hey first write @KodeBot Start tutorial
Then if it is not working you should pm the kodular staffs about this.Or try to clear your browsing data in the default browser.

@luv.ak.tech, did you try creating a new PM with @KodeBot?
Thereafter type @KodeBot display help.

When it shows that, try @KodeBot start advanced tutorial.

If you do not wish to have the advanced tutorial badge, then just skip it.
Because it just shows how to add an emoji, flag posts, quote, etc which i presume you know.
