Have you set the screen sizing property to Fixed? Then you can’t change the phone mock size as it would be fixed to one size.

Yes screen sizing is set to fixed, does it mean that If Screen sizing is set to fixed and I have choosen simulation of pixel 3 mobile the app remains available only for this type of mobile?
and If turn screen sizing to responsive my app will be available for all mobiles on the menu bar?

Your app should be available for all devices with an API heiger or equal the app’s minimum API, but in case the screen sizing is set to fixed , the components will scale according to the actual size of the device your app is running on.
