I submitted my account for ad review but it hasn’t been approved or rejected yet, about a 3 month process, so what should I do?
You may have received some emails from Google during that time, and it is still under review as you probably didn’t comply with their requests.
no i went through all my emails and couldn’t find anything about it please cancel my application and re-apply
