My application does not send OTP when published

Firstly my app link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.awolf.bilmecek

When my app is downloaded as apk, otp works
I posted it on Play Store. When I download it from there, otp doesn’t work.

I tried it as .aab and now I am installing as apk. Here I will close the subject.
