Welcome to the community. Most probably you set minimun SDK in project settings to a higher SDK version. What is the minimum SDK in your project settings ? Did you by any change set it to 29 because then app will only be available for android 10+ devices only

another reason might be you are using an extension, which sets the min sdk to a higher value
