Do you use a free plan ? If so you can have only 10 projects. Delete one or two to upload new ones

This Guy Simply Wants others APK to hack them. He Hacks our Apps to make Games automatically answer correct answer etc. this is Putting us in doubt of the safety of the community. We will not able to share our project is this happens to them on the platform.
