Not able to change speed, pitch of Text To Speech

hi everyone!
i am not able to change the pitch and speed of the built-in text to speech component…
(tried to set it to 2, and 0.5, neither works)

but the language works perfectly. (testing in companion)

Edit: working on Android 11, but not on Android 10
