not Already Handled isn't working

Hello Coders,

I was making an app where I dynamicaly create a bunch of textboxes, below one top textbox (non-dynamicaly created). And it seems that the not Already Handled part is not working.
Here are the blocs I used :

Well, because you forgot to use it in your blocks…
Try this

If not already handled
Then do something
