Not getting authentication OTP

I have made an app and for login propose used firebase authentication . Also I have enhanced my app for push notification one signal.
Now it’s works both push and firebase authentication when I got apk from enhance.co
And finally I updated to google play store the authentication not work.what could be the resaon.

Even the Test number and otp i gave to review to play store .When I use it my app opens …

Any one please suggest . Where I am wrong .

Show us the blocks. Tell the list of extensions Used and I also do not recommend to use enhance better use the inbuilt

I forgot to upload SHA 1. AND sha256 from play store to firebase.
