Notify email link doesnt show up in Notify

Hi All

I have this…

yet when displaying the notifier, the email link doesn’t display, its AWOL (absent without leave i.e missing)???

Actually, IT MIGHT BE THERE - I JUST CANT SEE IT
regardless, even if it is there, the link doesnt open up the mail client
