Known bug after latest release targeting SDK 30, push notifications do not work with new projects.
This was proposed as a temporarily solution, haven’t tested,don’t know if or how it works
do you know one signal worked in previous created projects?

Works with SDK 29 not with new projects targeting SDK 30. If you had an old project and your phone was already registered in subscribed users then I believe it should work.
If you create now a new project, change targeting back to SDK 29 with apk editor then it works fine. Devs were informed about this bug
