Looks like it isn’t possible. The drop-downs are HTML elements, and not svg rectangles.

Have only those three blocks in the workspace.
Inspect element
Edit the html element with class “blocklyWorkspace”
Copy its contents
Save the contents as an SVG file
Open up the SVG in your favourite vector editor
Reposition and rescale the image (it’s not uncommon to have the blocks thousands of pixels away from where they were supposed to be)
Edit the black areas (should be done manually, requires some intuition)
Save the SVG
Profit!

Fixed. And for some reason, the drop-down icons don’t seem to appear in the preview. Are you able to see them in the downloaded SVG?
