ListView SK Solutions is an AIX extension designed for developers who need modern, organized, and highly customizable lists in projects created with Kodular, MIT App Inventor, and similar platforms that support AIX extensions.
The extension allows each list item to contain a title, an HTML subtitle, a center image, a left icon, and a right icon. These elements can be configured independently, making the extension suitable for product lists, categories, menus, news, contacts, services, settings screens, and many other Android interfaces.
Main features
The extension supports customized titles and subtitles with HTML formatting. You can apply colors, bold text, and other compatible styles to individual words or sections of each subtitle, creating a different visual identity for every item when needed.
Images can be loaded from local files or remote URLs. The center image can be displayed normally, in grayscale, or in a circular format. It can also be moved to the top of each item in a horizontal 4:3 layout. With the Fill Parent option, the top image automatically occupies the available width of the parent layout without requiring manual size adjustments.
The left and right icons have independent settings. Each icon can be displayed in color or grayscale, as a square, as a circle, or in a horizontal 4:3 format. The extension also supports independent circle or icon colors, allowing different items to use different colors according to the logic of the project.
Individual item customization
The appearance of each item can be customized while the list is being created using if-then conditions. The developer can check a title, category, status, or any other condition and then assign a specific background color, title color, icon color, grayscale setting, or click behavior to that item.
This makes it possible to create lists with visual states such as active, inactive, selected, completed, pending, highlighted, or categorized items without applying the same style to the entire list.
Rounded corners and flexible layout
The SetRowCornerRadius block controls the corner radius of each list row. A value of 0 creates square items with 90-degree corners. Larger values create progressively rounded corners, allowing the developer to choose between a straight, subtle, or strongly rounded appearance.
The extension also supports flexible spacing and image dimensions. The center image, left icon, and right icon can be configured separately, including square, circular, and horizontal 4:3 formats.
Dividers between items
The divider between list items is fully configurable. You can define its color with SetDividerColor, change its height in dp with SetDividerHeight, or make it transparent with SetDividerTransparent.
When transparency is enabled, the divider keeps its defined height but becomes visually transparent, allowing the background behind the list to remain visible in that space.
Interaction and events
Each item can be defined as clickable individually. The extension provides events for clicks on the row, the left icon, the right icon, and the center image. The events return the item position and title, making it easy to create specific actions for each element.
The extension also includes functions to add, update, remove, and clear items; show or hide list elements; configure padding and dimensions; control borders; apply grayscale effects; and customize colors without rebuilding the interface manually.
