Dear @Diego please help me to resolve my issue. My payment is on hold while it shows in the latest transaction that it is received on 15th April. I got an email that my “place of birth” is incorrect. It requires me to upload my ID and place of birth again. When I fill the form, it does not accept the place of birth error occurs again and again. Because of this my payment is on hold. Please help me to solve this issue. I have uploaded the ID already.
