Permission denied on android 11

Everything, I tried to retrieve pdf files or document files on android 11 but when I tried to upload them to GD I got an error, I knew that google had updated the security on android and did not allow some things to be done in the directory, I displayed a screenshot of how I took the file and error on android 11
