Lots of users have asked @Kodular Staff for personal help when creating apps
As you already know, we cannot help each one of you as we don’t have time to do so; we work on the platform and you create apps

However, we now offer personal support! :tada:
In order to get it, all you have to do is become a Patron and select any of the default tiers:

The higher tier, the faster response you will get :wink:
After becoming a Patron, you can message us and a team member will get back to you and will help you with anything you need

Will it go through voice or text messages?

Text messages in Community, as in case of needing translations they can be better checked on text rather on voice
