Personalized auto call

I’m creating an app with a function to automatically call added numbers (without having to wait for the user’s call confirmation(because they are in danger)) when the timers goes off.

but there are bad list argument error when i open the app and 16 bits for requestcode error when i press call.

please tell me where did i go wrong
and should i use activitystarter for making calls?
