Play Console - requestLegacyExternalStorage Permission

Hello there, Seems from a week play console show the following alert message for
requestLegacyExternalStorage … I cant get what he want to tell us about permissions

Do I need to change something from my apps about permission… ?

I got this above permissions of my app from play store… any things from this i need to to remove because i used only two permissions read & write external storage…
