good, but make sure you have permission to use their channel in you app, like you have used youtube for playing jazeera, so maybe you get any claim of using that i your app. be careful with that, because mostly using online tv without any permission get claim from owner or web owner,
also monetizing a webview app is too risky, when admob found that its just a webview and nothing else they maybe stop providing ads.

yes add some extra features also, other content can make your app more suitable for ads. also improve your design a little more to make it more beautiful and best of luck with that.
