It is illegal to do that. Doing that can result in legal trouble as one purchase is entitled to one user

Suppose i store Users name, mobile and address in airtable and when a new data is stored how will i get notification in admin app. Is there any way?

Buy it from original developer to avoid actions on you.
If you do that a strict action will be taken on you from developer if that extension is licensed and it is.

Then do something about it, get a part-time job. Making a app just for money would not get you anywhere
