It happens to me as well. I had to disable the community notification robot on Telegram as this was happening every 5 or 10 minutes.

I too faced this issue and this is already reported here:
I am facing a strange bug in the community notification system where I get unstoppable recurring notifications on the Telegram every 2, 3 or 4 minutes and when I click to see I’m directed to an earlier response I’ve already been notified. I tried to update the preferences in the settings panel, but after a while it starts all over again.
The original responses in the topic were about two hours ago, but I keep getting the notifications as seen in the attached image.

I had the same problem, but I fixed myself by disabling all notifications from Yasir_Shakoor. You can do this by adding him to Muted users in settings:
I had to do it because it was really annoying getting the same notification every day even I read his replies.
